This was a pretty depressing story. What happens when groups like PETA outlaw the use of animals in testing. Use computer programs? Maybe, but more than likely a new underclass of people will come into being, people who earn their livings as test subjects. Sure, I knew a lot of folks during college that sold plasma, but Steele takes it to a whole new level and even tosses in the ability to get options on body parts.
